All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Barcelona, Spain .

    • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is not guaranteed .

    • Non-EU Orders: 5–15 business days (delays may occur due to customs).
     
  • Shipping Fees : Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.

  • Packlink Pro : We partner with Packlink Pro to handle all shipments. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
  • Carrier Liability :
    • Pokebim is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once the order is handed to Packlink Pro.
    • For delivery issues (e.g., lost/damaged packages), contact Packlink Pro directly using your tracking number.
 

5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER

  • 14-Day Withdrawal : EU customers may return most products within 14 days of receipt (see Refund Policy ).
  • Damaged Items : Report damage within 48 hours of delivery via pokebimstore@gmail.com (include photos).
